Hey guys, this is Kevin from replicaimitation.cc and today we will be reviewing the Panerai Lumina Marina, reference number Pam 104. We'll be going over the price, the dial, bezel, case, crown, strap, clasp, and we'll talk about the movement towards the end of the video. So, as of May 2018, this watch has been actually been discontinued. But, the retail pricing, when it was in the authorized Panerai retailers was seven thousand dollars, plus tax. Of course, that doesn't mean that this watch isn't available anymore. We can still get you this watch, just go ahead and check out our website at replicaimitation.cc for the most up to date pricing for this watch. Moving onto the dial, now. The dial style is a black dial with painted hour markers. The painted hour markers being indexed at every hour except for the 6 and 12 O'clock position. It's in 6 and 12 Arabic Numerals. The reason for the Arabic Numerals is for more of a landmark so when you give a quick glance at the watch you can immediately discern the time from those landmarks. Additionally, those painted on hour markers are luminous. So, they have a high visibility in the dark, allowing you to wear this watch out and about at night as well. At the 3 O'clock position we have the date window, with a magnifying lens underneath that sapphire crystal for magnification, easy viewing of that date. The 9 O'clock we have the seconds sub-dial, obviously, to track the seconds as they go. Moving onto the bezel, now. The bezel's just a very simple domed, high-polish bezel that matches very beautifully with the case, as the case has the lugs all throughout. Just that very beautiful high-polish that matches all together, very pleasing to the eye. The steel that case and the bezel is made out of is the industry standard, the AISI 136 L steel. That's the steel of choice that Panerai likes to use, and it's a very good choice as you can see that shine is absolutely magnificent. This case size is a 44 millimeter case size, so from my index finger to my thumb here, that's 44 millimeters in diameter. The thickness of the watch will sit high on the wrist. As you can see, large thick case size. And, on the other side of the case nice high-polish on it as well. We have the Panerai patented crown protector at the 3 O'clock position. As you see in this current form, it's sleek and against the case and that holds down that crown to protect it with a water resistance of 300 meters or a thousand feet. Simply, move that lever down, you can go ahead and use the functions of the crown. So, in the standard position, you can immediately just wind your watch. From a dead stop, 15 to 20 winds is all you need to get the watch moving once more. Simply tugging out the crown to the first position will allow you to adjust the date instantaneously. As you can see, very simple, very easy to use just going clock-wise you can set the date very easily. Tugging the crown out to the final position will stop the seconds sub-dial. As you can see, the small seconds hand has stopped, and this is allowing you to set the time for a precise time setting, such as an atomic clock online. You can set it down to the exact seconds. Simply, protecting the crown is just pushing the crown back in and pressing the lever back into place, and that will protect this watch. Once again, with that water resistance of three meters or a thousand feet. Moving onto the strap, now. The strap that this watch is currently is on a rubber strap. Very simple rubber strap with the Panerai name embossed on there. For the Pam 104, it also does come in a black aligator leather strap as well. And that has a deployment style buckle as well. And by deployment style buckle, as we move onto the clasp now, you can see the Panerai name embossed onto that portion of the buckle. And, you can see these little pushers at the top and bottom of it. Simply, pressing those two pushers will release the two sides of the deployment, revealing this nice sand-finished brush steel deployment clasp. Simply, closing it is just a left and right, as shown. One on top of the other, nicely hidden behind the rubber clasp. You can see that sort of curvature, so it fits the wrist very nicely. Once again, show you how that works, once more. Two pushers, and once again, closing it up. The movement is housed in this case backing. Nicely sand-finished with the Panerai name embossed on there, the automatic, and the stainless steel towards the 3 O'clock position. Fortunately, I do have a sticker 'cause the serial numbers of the watch are also embossed onto the back of the case back as well. Alright, so the movement for this watch. The movement, we're looking at Panerai OP3 calibre movement. That's an in-house made movement, made up of 21 different jewels, has the functions of these hour, minute and seconds hand, with a seconds sub-dial and the changing of the date instantaneously. The power reserve of this watch is a 42 hour power reserve. Meaning, you could put this watch down on a Friday evening, pick it back up on a Sunday afternoon, it will be keeping time, just fine. Alright, now let me actually go ahead and show this watch on my wrist. Once again, locate those pushers, opens up the watch itself, 6 O'clock position goes on first, then the 12 o'clock position, and there we are. Absolutely beautiful watch, very nice, very simple. Sits on the wrist a little high, so might not fit under those suits cut very nicely, but overall, just a very classic, very basic watch.
