Well, part of it is the build. It's an excellent build quality. I'm holding it in my hand and it's very heavy, and that's because it uses AISI 316L steel. That's Panerai's official steel that they use, it's highly resistant to corrosion, it's hypoallergenic. That means you have no problem touching this. Some people are allergic to the stainless steel, but this one really is hypoallergenic. It's not gonna give you that issue. And, it also is special because the alloy, the steel alloy, has a chromium content of 16 to 18%. It has a nickel content of about 11 to 14%, and the molybdenum concentration of about 2 to 3%.
